Bro Birthday of the Day
Today's Bro Birthday of the Day goes to Pat Summerall (pictured here with John Madden), who was born May 10, 1930.
Summerall was a former NFL placekicker during the 50's, and most famously known for his sportscasting with Madden. He started sportscasting in 1962, after his retirement from the NFL. He continues to do some play-by-play to this day, although he is very limited and close to retirement.
He is today's Bro Birthday of the Day because without him at John Madden's side, Madden may not have had such an easy rise to legendary status, thus preventing the development of the Madden NFL Football video games.
